Windpearl is a band created by Gabriel Hautclocq, born in France in the early eighties. He makes electronic music since childhood and the most influential musical genres are dark ambient, drum and bass, dub, big beat, melodic trance and future pop.
Windpearl’s music is easily recognizable in the electro scene: dark and atmospheric tracks ranging from zero-beat ambient to trance and hardtek, with chiptune, classical and drum n bass tracks.
His early tracks have been distributed among friends and family only. The first full length album was not released publicly at first, but can now be found online under the name “Echoes of Nothingness”.
The next two albums who have been released to the public through various platforms on the web: “I Love You a Bit…” was produced in France, and the second one, “Mother Earth”, was produced in Asia (China and Thailand).
Windpearl moved back to France together with his spouse and released the Fate EP who was originally destined to be a full length album. He also released the mini-album “H.A.P.P. Project” as a side-project.
The latest releases are the two singles “Apocalypse” and “Insert Coin”.
